The ACACLC charity poker tournaments fund the David Andrew Ramirez Scholarship Fund which provides college scholarships for Hispanic youth in Austin, TX. The Austin Capital Area Community Leadership Council is a private non-profit 501(c)3 organization located in Austin, Texas. The ACACLC was incorporated on December 22, 1994, with the goal of promoting and enhancing the leadership abilities of Hispanic youth in the Austin and Round Rock area.
